RT-1 Southbound (Tobin Bridge):

• Merge onto I-93 South.
• Follow directions below for I-93 Southbound.

I-93 Northbound:

• Enter the "Big Dig" tunnel through Boston.
• Take Exit 20 (right after Exit 18).
• Follow signs for South Boston, staying in the right lane.
• At the first set of lights at the end of the ramp, proceed straight onto E Service Rd.
• Cross Seaport Boulevard.
• One Marina Park Drive will be on your right.

I-93 Southbound:

• Enter the "Big Dig" tunnel in the second lane.
• Take Exit 23 (Purchase St) and get into the left lane.
• At the lights, take a left onto Seaport Boulevard, crossing the Moakley Bridge.
• At the first light, take a left.
• Bear right onto E Service Rd.
• One Marine Park Drive will be on your left.

I-90 Mass Pike Eastbound:

• Take Exit 25 (South Boston).
• At the top of the ramp, bear left towards Seaport Boulevard.
• At the lights, proceed straight onto E Service Rd.
• At the next lights, cross Seaport Boulevard.
• One Marine Park Drive will be on your right.
